Do I need to set up all these tools myself?

No. When you sign up for DecoPlus, your account comes pre-configured with calendars, phone, SMS, and email ready to go. You customize them to your business — add your hours, your branding, your team — but the foundation is already built.

Is there an extra cost for phone numbers or SMS?

Your DecoPlus subscription includes the platform access. Phone numbers and SMS/call usage are billed at cost through the platform (typically $1-2/mo for a number, pennies per text). There's no markup from DecoPlus.

Can I use my existing phone number?

Yes. You can port your existing business number into DecoPlus, or get a new local number. Either way, calls and texts come into the same unified inbox.

Do I need all of these tools? Can I just use the CRM?

Absolutely. Use what you need. Everything is included in your plan, but nothing is forced. Start with the CRM and automations, then add calendars or SMS when you're ready. There's no penalty for not using every feature.
