How long does setup actually take?

Most shops are fully set up in under 30 minutes. Connecting your store takes about 2 minutes. Data sync takes 10-15 minutes depending on your order volume. Choosing automations takes a few clicks. The hardest part is picking a password.

Do I need any technical skills?

No. If you can log into your Deconetwork store, you can set up DecoPlus. There's nothing to configure, no integrations to build, and no code to write. It's designed for shop owners, not developers.

What happens to my existing Deconetwork data?

Nothing. DecoPlus has read-only access to your Deconetwork store. We pull your order and customer data into the CRM, but we never modify, delete, or write anything back to Deconetwork. Your production system stays exactly as it is.

How much order history gets imported?

Your last 30 days of orders are fully imported with all details — line items, payments, shipments, production status. We also do a customer discovery pass across your entire history so lifetime value, order count, and customer profiles are accurate from day one.

What if I want to customize the email templates?

All 15 automation emails are pre-written and ready to go. If you want to tweak the tone, add your logo, or adjust timing — you can edit anything directly in the CRM dashboard. Or book a strategy session and we'll customize them for you.

Can I turn automations on and off later?

Yes, anytime. Every automation has an on/off toggle. Turn on just the ones you want, try them out, and add more when you're ready. There's no commitment to run all 15 from day one.
